IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR JEWELLERY
Please note the following important information regarding your purchase of any item of jewellery from Jelly Button Jewellery which resembles food. The aforementioned products are sold to you, the customer, on the understanding that they are non edible and should not be given to children under the age of 15 years old. Any injury resulting from going against this advice will be entirely at your own risk and JBJ will not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure any jewellery remains out of the reach of children or those who may mistake it for food due to the possibility of a choking hazard.
Who is Jelly Button Jewellery?
Simple...me. I make all my jewellery myself using a variety of charms, buttons, toy pieces, clay or basically anything I find that I think will look good hanging from your neck. I like to make cute and quirky pieces that show off your fun side.
I've seen something I want but would like it slightly different, can you do this for me?
If you don't ask you don't get, just send me a message and I'll see what I can do.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow for up to 15 working days(weekends and bank holidays not included)for delivery, bear in mind everything is handmade and often include custom elements,but if you need it for a specific date please message me first and I will see what I can do. I always aim to post within a few days but certain items such as clay or resin require more time, and remember I am a person not a machine :)
I'm buying something as a present for me, can you post it to them?
I sure can, just send me a message and I'll even pop a little message in for you too.
Are your items suitable for children
As we all know children like to put thing in their mouth, especially if it looks like a sweet!! So with this is mind all items of jewellery are NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, THEY ARE NOT TOYS AND MUSN'T BE EATEN. As they pose a choke risk please bear this in mind when wearing around young children.
What is your returns policy?
Sometimes accidents happen in the post, things either end up lost or damaged, if this happens please contact me asap and I will see what I can do. If an item is damaged I will happily replace or refund once I receive the item back.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Jelly Button for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the order. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (jewellery used on piercings such as earrings) or custom pieces. Order cancellations must be made via email, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) by to email@example.com. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt or returned goods.
If you choose to return an item(s) the initial postage cost will be included, however returns delivery is still liable at the your expense unless the item arrives faulty in which case Jelly Button will cover the cost.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you will receive an email confirming your order from both Paypal (which acts as your receipt) and then automatically from the store. This should include a description of the items purchased, total of goods, cost of delivery, your right to cancel and finally information on how to contact the store.
How much is P&P?
To check the postage cost for your country you can add items to your basket and edit the delivery address for the amount to be calculated.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from Jelly Button Jewellery, although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Jelly Button Jewellery only collects essential customer information for order fulfilment. We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website and makes an order with us. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you. We will never rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.

safely and securely, and you have the right to request us to remove all
details about yourself at any time. If you have purchased (or attempted
to purchase) from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and
entered any of our competitions, we may occasionally update you via
e-mail however you are free to unsubscribe at any time by following the
link marked "UNSUBSCRIBE" at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from

To ensure your financial security, at Jelly Button Jewellery we outsource credit and debit card handling to Paypal. We have chosen to do this so that our customers have confidence that their card details are in safe hands.
